In Early Bird Bakery, only fresh ingredients are used daily and the finished products are delivered to customers in the Klang Valley as soon as the baking is done early in the morning to enjoy fresh bakeries.

Management Concept

Early Bird Bakery starts baking production from midnight so that the baked products are ready and packed for deliveries by dawn. Our delivery vans will make the drop-off at designated customers so that the consumers get the best fresh bread and other delicacies for their daily breakfasts and cuisines for the day.

Management is always keeping an eye on quality control, conservation of energy and ways to bring the costing down for the benefits of the customers and business. Production during the night actually maximize the capacity as electrical consumption would be effectively made used after all the rest of households are resting for the night. The minimum fluctuation in voltages due to erratic electrical demands reduced the high maintenance of equipment and machinery. During the day, regular maintenance is carried out daily to ensure production efficiency.
